Read this first: what every federation must know
Our priority is the safety and well-being of every athlete, coach and guest who travels to represent their country. We apologize for the communication gap: the accommodation information was shared as a lodging document, which gave the impression the packages were optional hotel deals. They are not.
Deadline: November 2, 2026
Finalize all official package bookings and rooming lists by this date at the absolute latest. Submitting final rooming lists and delegate counts before then lets us lock in numbers and keep costs as low as possible for everyone.
The packages are the core of the event
They fund the catering, daily shuttles, room availability and safety infrastructure for the whole championship, plus access to the Palazzetto dello Sport.
Please book through the official system
It guarantees your shuttles, meals and venue access, gives local authorities the required security headcount, and keeps the championship financially viable.
Safety is why
The roads to the venue are poorly lit at night in December. Dedicated morning and night shuttles, an ambulance on standby, athlete insurance and full venue liability cover for coaches, delegates and guests come with official booking.
3-night minimum: Dec 4–6 only
The minimum stay applies only to the core event dates. You are completely free to stay wherever you like before or after.

If you booked outside the system, cannot book officially or have not booked yet, write to info@iysf.org before November 2 so you are counted in the municipal headcount.
Event Services Pass
Guests of athletes staying outside the official packages may need to pay it at registration, on top of their own lodging. Official package holders do not pay it. The amount depends on final attendance and will be confirmed after Nov 2. Any figure you have heard is not final.
Transfers are optional
Private group transfers (for example Naples Airport, €225) are a convenience only. You are 100% free to arrange your own rental cars, trains or local buses.
National championship after Nov 2?
Email info@iysf.org right away with your exact championship date and expected athlete count so we can arrange your room block with the local hoteliers.

Minimum stay: 3 nights. This applies only to the core event dates (Dec 4–6). You are free to stay wherever you like before or after those dates. Rates are calculated per night and vary with the actual number of guests.
Why book through the official system
The packages are not optional hotel deals. They are what pays for the catering, daily shuttles, room availability and safety setup for the whole event, and they keep the championship financially viable for every federation.
Safe transport
In December the roads to the Palazzetto dello Sport are poorly lit at night. Dedicated morning and night shuttles take athletes, kids and guests between lodging and venue, so nobody walks along dark roads with traffic.
Full venue access
Package holders get guaranteed access to all facilities at the Palazzetto dello Sport, a fully equipped venue for international sport, plus the arena shuttles and meal plans.
Insurance and liability
Italian rules require cover for every competing athlete (included in registration). Booking officially also places coaches, delegates and guests under the full venue liability insurance.
Staying elsewhere? If you have booked outside the system, cannot book officially or have not booked yet, email info@iysf.org before November 2 so you are included in the headcount.

Getting to Marina di Camerota
Private group transfers are an optional convenience for teams that want door-to-door transport. You are free to arrange your own rental cars, trains or local buses. Reserved for registered participants and accompanying guests.

- Submit your rooming list and delegate count by November 2, 2026.
- Federations holding a national championship after Nov 2: email info@iysf.org now with your exact date and expected athlete count so a room block can be arranged.
