Inclusion as a qualified IYSF coach—coaching clinics

In order to become a certified IYSF Coach the applicant must fulfil the following requirements:

1. Attend a IYSF Rules Clinic at the event or online. Fee US $20.
2. Attend IYSF Continental Coaching Clinic US $160
3. Be picked and approved by TC and NF after the IYSF Continental Coaching Clinic
4. Pay IYSF US $100 membership fee.

The International Coach certification is valid for four years and can be extended at the end of this term. Extension requires a new payment of the membership fee and the approval from IYSF Technical Committee. This approval is usually automatically given if the Coach can prove regular coaching activity during the last four years.

The goal is to teach the Athletes, Coaches and Judges the rules and techniques required in choosing the routine appropriate to each Athlete’s level.

The Approved IYSF Coaches that attend the Coaching Clinic should aid the national federations in training Athletes and other national coaches.

IYSF Continental Coaching of the New Format:

• consists of Rules Clinic and Coaching clinic
• for everyone who is interested in competing, judging, coaching, and understanding the postures
  
• the goal is to teach the athletes and coaches the rules of the New Format and proper alignment of postures so that they can pick their new routines accordingly to their level
• coaches that attend the Clinic and are approved should aid the National Federations in training more national coaches and spreading the knowledge.
